The first day depth will be no more than 5m / 17ft. Days 2 and 3 will be no deeper than 18m / 59ft.

Should I be a good swimmer?

No, however, you should know the basics and feel comfortable enough in the water.

No, however, if you have some sort of dive gear you can bring it with you.
